corrected for the angular incidence of light. The light sensitive component used in the meter is a very stable, long life, silicon diode. The Humidity/Temperature uses a humidity/semiconductor
sensor and K-type thermocouple. CFM/CMM Thermo-Anemometer is suitable for use in a wide variety of applications, including plant maintenance operations, environmental analysis, fume
hood testing, and HVAC system assessments.
