Fully compatible with Arduino. This is a 5V 16MHz bootloader. Pro Mini does not come with connectors populated so that you can solder in any connector or wire with any orientation you need. We recommend first time users start with the Duemilanove. It’s a great board that will get you up and running quickly. The Pro series is meant for users that understand the limitations of system voltage (5V), lack of connectors, and USB off board. The Pro Mini is like the Mini (same pin out) but to keep the cost low, using all SMD components, with 2 layers, etc. This board connects directly to the FTDI Basic Breakout board and supports auto-reset. The Pro Mini also works with the FTDI cable but the FTDI cable does not bring out the DTR pin so the auto-reset feature will not work.

This is the generic and miniaturized version, despite being a generic product it is 100% compatible.
It has 14 pins digital inputs / outputs (of which 6 can be used as PWM outputs), 6 analog inputs, a resonate, a reset button, and holes to place connectors.
A 6-pin connector can be connected to use an ftdi cable or an FTDI adapter to supply USB voltage and establish communication with the circuit.
The PRO Mini is a small card, belonging to the great family, ideal for projects where size is a limitation, since it is oriented to wearables projects (technology in costumes or body use).
The pins are included and can be soldered in the orientation that is needed.
Four pins are actually not located on the edge of the board: A4, A5, A6 and A7.
Each of these analog pins is labeled on the back side of the board.
