Excellent, though pricey, piece of kit. The BMS re-set facility (plus my prior experience with other Optimate products) made the purchase of this item a no-brainer. A possible downside for some people might be the low 5A output. Charging anything over 50 Ah could take the best part of a day - depending on the DOD. I use a Chinese no-name brand charger to bring large capacity batteries up to around 70% SOC and then connect the Optimate to undertake the cell balancing and SOC testing. If I need to do a BMS re-set and battery SOC check this can be done prior to connecting the larger charger. Communica had the best pricing and quick delivery. Continue to be impressed by how well this seller packages items for courier delivery. Streets ahead of many competitors.
