The PIR came without the mounting bracket. And it is not very clear in the the description that the bracket is optional. The data sheet indicates clearly the bracket. Actually, is useless to buy the PIT without the bracket.
I query with your customer care and the lady was not very helpful and impatient. She advised that I can send the unit back via courier at my own cost and then the refund will be processed. For me was more practical to buy a new PIR with the bracket from the local store. Should have done this before the purchase from your store. I wasted my money.
