Delivery agent "Pargo" was more than useless. Four times I was informed to "collect" my parcel, which was not there!!! Many calls to Communica and Pargo helped little or none. Several promises made to "call me back" not met.

Useless km's traveled to collection point and back more than 50km's in total and cost probably more than the goods ordered. Still waiting on "Sorry"
