CMU 34MM RD DC DIG PANEL MET GRN?

The meters worked for a day, then 2 died, the next morning the 3rd meter stopped working and in the afternoon the last meter died .. so in 2 days all 4 meters died .. the voltage rang was 0 to 96 volts .... not impressed with product
