Warranty issue

No problem with the drive or the delivery. Unfortunately, the product is not covered by a Seagate warranty as it was deemed to be sold as a system to Dahua. Although Dahua warranty shows a 36-month warrantee, the wording as a rider. “Notwithstanding the foregoing, the warranty services of HDD shall be subject to the HDD manufactures’ RMA policy”. Still waiting for clarification from Communica.
