HDMI extender extends HDMI signal to at least 196FT(60 meters) via single RJ45 Cat-6 ethernet cable(recommended), which breaks the limitation of HDMI transmission's length, and cost saving for HDMI long distance transmission. Note: cat-5e ethernet cable can only up to 165FT(50meters), pure copper CAT6 or higher level ethernet cables following standard IEEE-568B are recommended.
Requires one single CAT5E/CAT6/6A/7 cable to connect TX and RX side. Supports HDCP, 3D and 1080P resolution, EDID management function for working compatible with some unusual TV/ monitor. (NOte: to get 3D, all units connected to the extender must support 3D).
