Sold someone else's REJECT to me‼️II have 3 of these units still working perfectly, simply plug it in and the lights come on.On recieving it, i simoly plugged it in, NO lights, no bang, no smell nada, plug NO Play. it appears Communica sent me a DUD. When they Recieved it back, message to me was "damaged by end user" with charges for REPAIRS, which cost almost as much as a new one.The previous customer this unit was sold to must have done quite a job on it, most likely struck by lightning, was informed & shown by the techy that the fuse and bridge rectifier was blown. From my experience with these units they ARE pretty resilient ‼️my 3 unis have withstood several thunderstorms. Is this how Communica conducts buziness. Just send me a new one or refund me, as simple as that, the dud was sent back the very next day upon my recieving it. Or is this some kinda scam they running. Selling of their faulty units to customers then charging them for repairs‼️waiting for further feedback, apparently they've sent it back to the supplier ❓so hopefully if they a reputable company & conduct business honestly, they will send me a "new" one, not someone else's reject.i would have selected zero stars, buut not available
