Semi-automatic connector assembler

Featuring an XY bench to support tools, printed circuit boards and connectors, ept’s HKP35-XY assembly machine enables connectors to be assembled on the printed circuit board (PCB) quickly and efficiently. It is particularly suitable for prototype and small batch production, as well as for repair work.

Supporting PCBs as large as 400 x 300 mm and a diverse range of connectors, the machine has a height-adjustable crimping head to adapt to different circuit board/connector heights. Its modular structure and efficient handling ensure that it can be retooled more quickly for different press-fit connectors.

The system is supplied as a complete workstation and operates on an SPS basis with a Windows interface that makes operation simple.
