Starting with what was done right. I got my refund and return was done as expected after the mistake was realized. Customer service was okay. The delivery was also pretty fast.
Its frustrating that its easier to order part from china than to get it locally. If something is not in stock, don't list it and then substitute it with the wrong product. I also get that returns probably deal with people who place orders for the wrong products, but: "did you receive the wrong product or did you order the wrong product?" Is not a great start to the conversation. When it comes to returns, its also not great to have to now do paperwork to get money back. I get keeping customer info has a whole mess of compliance issues, but at least use some of the modern tools to make the process less manual than me needing to print out your pdf, fill it in, scan and return. Im not getting paid for paper work, this makes the whole interaction with communica a whole big net negative. Wait for delivery, Get the wrong product, need to defend myself for stating it was wrong, then paperwork. I ordered and got the correct product that exceeded expecations halfway across ghe planet in less time and with less of a headache at the same price.
You guys really need to figure out your identity, because you are not being very competative at the moment
