At the moment very disappointed.
The control panel was bought online on 20 March. I received it within the week and installed immediately. It did not work. I phoned Nice (Manufacturer) and was advised that the card is faulty.
I then phoned Communica on 26 March and was advised a courier would contact me to collect. I am yet to receive any further communication. I tried calling Communica yesterday but no answer. I then followed up with an email via the communica website but am yet to get a response.
I would like this card replaced with a working one asap. I have a gate that I have been opening manually for the last 2 weeks. The customer support so far has been appalling.
